Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO or PO Box addresses.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link and number. Simply click the link to check your shipment’s status. If you don’t see tracking updates within 3 business days, feel free to reach out to us.
Import Taxes and Duties
For orders outside the United States, import taxes, duties, and customs fees may be applied. These fees are not included in your purchase and are determined by your destination country’s customs agency. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Address Changes and Cancellations
We aim to ship your orders as quickly as possible. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once the item is shipped, we are unable to make modifications.
If an order is canceled more than 24 hours after placement, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Additionally, if a package is lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided, the responsibility will fall on the customer.
